This Design & Build project aimed to increase the production capacity of the German company.
The project included the construction of a new production area, the refurbishment of the current production building and the rehabilitation and expansion of the administrative and social area.
The new industrial building was designed in prefabricated concrete and the existing one has undergone a structural reinforcement ir order to support the expansion.
For the expansion of the administrative and social area a new floor was built over the existing area. In order to carry this out, a reinforcement of the building structure was needed.
The project also included the remodeling and improvement of all the building areas.
