The building, with an impressive volume, has its facade clad with prefabricated concrete panels, with faceted pillars of different orientations, giving it an irregular outline and a unique architectural language.
Since it is a contemporary student residence, the building has different social and common spaces, such as a gymnasium, study rooms, laundry, among others.
