The project defined two functional areas: the industrial building, where the company operates in a large space, with punctual subdivisions for small technical and support offices, production, warehouse and logistics; and the administrative block.
It chose a prefabricated concrete solution with a structural grid, which allowed the adoption of four high capacity overhead travelling cranes to cover the entire production and storage area.
The entire industrial area is fully air conditioned using an efficient heat pump system, also of note as regards manufacturing support networks are the production and distribution system for cold water, as well as the compressed air production and supply network.
The notable energy requirements of the building and production process implied the adoption of two transformers of 800 kVA each.
