The new industrial building, designed from scratch, has three distinct functional areas, physically separated but linked together: an administrative and social block, a technical area and a production area.
In the design of the new industrial building, particular attention was paid to sustainability, for which contributes the use of solutions that promote energy efficiency and minimization of the environmental footprint, such as natural lighting, the system for the production of electricity through panels photovoltaic and the treatment and reuse of rainwater for industrial and sanitary consumption.
