Located on Rua António Granjo street, in the heart of the city, close to the Campanhã and Campo 24 de Agosto stations, a new development promoted by the Belgian Promiris group is underway.

The project is rising from an old vacant factory, which will give a dynamic impetus to and enhance the area where it is located. The development comprises an apartment building of 16 flats and five buildings intended for students’ residences, with a total of 212 rooms with private WC and Kitchenette.
The common architectural language stands out, which seeks to conserve the industrial features of the previously demolished buildings, while assuming differentiated modernity. The existing façade facing the street was rehabilitated, maintaining the building's identity and now giving it a new life.
