With this project and by taking part in the construction of Mercadona's new logistics centre in the south of the country, Garcia Garcia has consolidated its partnership with the Spanish multinational.

Developed in Almeirim, on a 440,000 m2 site, Garcia was responsible for the construction of the Drying Building, with an area of approximately 50,000 m2.

The building, a benchmark in logistics, will support the Spanish retail chain's ambitious expansion plan in southern Portugal.
