In order to enhance its operation in the north of Portugal, Zolve entrusted Garcia Garcia the project for a new multi-temperature platform (frozen and refrigerated).


Divided into three main areas, negative cold storage, positive cold storage and administrative and social areas, the building was designed in accordance to its final use - temperature-controlled logistics for food.
The building was developed according to the specific needs of the business, with state-of-the-art solutions. With significant efficiency and sustainability concerns, standing out the high performance claddings and the advanced air conditioning and refrigeration system, controlled by a Centralized Technical Management system.
The new building also meets with the most demanding food quality and safety standards.
