This project has two distinct phases, the first being the expansion of the production area and the second the construction of a modern automated warehouse.
We faced, during the first phase in a 3200m2 factory for production, the major challenge of minimising the constraints on the construction supply chain resulting from the global crisis in logistics and raw materials caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, so as not to compromise the work deadlines. This was resolved by meticulous planning of the work and the deadlines set.
The second phase of the project consists of the construction of an industrial logistics building measuring 8,150 square metres and 25 metres tall. It has a fully automated warehouse to boost its storage capacity and increase the efficiency of the stockpiling and logistics process, as well as new administrative and social areas to support the business. All the work was carried out while the factory was still in operation.
