The new Eurostyle factory produces injected plastic parts for automotive components and its output is intended for national and international markets.
The building consists of three different functional areas: the manufacturing area, the administrative and staff block and the technical area.
The whole building was designed with a view to its expansion, planned for 2018. A notable aspect of the design for the manufacturing area is the layout solution adopted, developed to optimise lead time and to minimise the need for movement within the production area with materials, products and machinery.
The administrative and staff block will make its mark on the surroundings, with its unusual and bold lines that give the building a special touch of elegance and modernity.
Finally, the technical areas will house all the support systems for the factory and its output, such as utilities, as well as some working and laboratory areas.
