Located in the prime area of Matosinhos, close to the beach and the iconic Guilherme Pinto square, this building, refurbished by Garcia, is now the headquarters of the multinational telecommunications and energy company - BYON Solutions.

The old building underwent a thorough restoration, while maintaining its original design, which is characteristic of the area where it is located. This approach allowed the old warehouses to be adapted to the new uses, transforming them into a modern office building.

The building is divided into two floors, composed of large open spaces, meeting rooms, social areas for employees, as well as a covered car park.

The colour palette used throughout the building is notable, reflecting Byon Solutions' identity.
