The new logistics center of the ADI Group, located in the Ermida Business Park, had a turnkey execution of Garcia, Garcia.

This new logistics centre offers cutting-edge facilities, developed and designed in keeping with specific needs of the type of business.
It consists of two different functional areas, a warehouse and an administrative and social area, installed in two physically separate blocks. On a structural level, the warehouse building was designed as a pre-fabricated concrete structure, with concrete-panel cladding up to 2.20 metres and panelling above this. The administrative area has a steel frame and is characterised by its glass façades.
Given the ultimate purpose of the building, the warehouse has four loading bays, as well as a laboratory equipped with all the technology necessary to support the company's operations. Due to the type of materials to be stored in the building (chemicals), it will be endowed with all the safety measures required.
